As per New York State tax regulations,
employees are not eligible for TAX FREE meal plans
but…

We will pay the tax and give you an additional 5% discount when you
purchase a $100 Meal Plan through payroll deduction! |
Simply stop by the Administration Office and complete a Payroll Deduction Form.
$25 per week ($50 biweekly) will be deducted from your pay check; that's about $5.00 per day!
Your card will be active on the Monday after your first payroll deduction.
For example, if your first authorized deduction is for Payroll Week Ending September 19th,
Your card would be charged and ready for use on Monday September 22nd.

It's also more convenient and safer than cash… All you need is a valid employee photo ID card. If you lose your card, simply notify Dining Services so that we can invalidate the lost card.
When you bring us a new ID card, we reactivate your balance on the new card!

- ID card must be presented for each purchase
- Meal Plans can only be used to purchase by the person pictured on the ID , but can be used to purchase for a guest
- Employee Meal Plans are intended for personal use only , and not intended for use on College related business
You can authorize another deduction any time, and your funds are never "forfeit"
as long as you remain employed at The Albany College of Pharmacy…
