    Display Bottles: Amber glass display bottles from the Wyeth Co. (John Wyeth & Brother, Incorporated, Philadelphia). Glass is moulded to the form of the paper labels; contain (left to right): Wyeth s/ TINCTURE/ ARNICA, Wyeth s/ PAREGORIC/ TINCT. OPIUM CAMPHORATED/ ...POISON, and Wyeth s/ SOLUTION/ EPHEDRINE SULPHATE. Approximately 8 5/8 inches in height each. Glass is moulded where the label is affixed.'"

    Pill Coater: Wooden pill coater with silver residue. Approximately 4 1/8 inches in height.

    Filling & Closing Apparatus: From The Pill Rollers by Lillian C. and Charles G. Richardson]: The Konseal Filling & Closing Apparatus, made by The J. M. Grosvenor Co., Boston was the most widely used device in American drug stores for the preparation of cachets. The device came in a large wooden box with directions on the underside of lid. The apparatus consists of the main nickel mold, funnels, tampers, water pan and roller. The box also has compartments for the storage of several sizes of the konseals (cachets). The box is 18 inches x 10 inches x 2 inches.

    Label Cabinet: Wooden label cabinet. Each drawer pull is numbered in black. Approximately 17 1/2 inches x 15 1/2 inches x 7 3/4 inches.

    Show Globe: Freestanding show globe; hand carved Ipswich Glass, of c.1850. Approximately 25 7/8 inches. Formerly part of the collection of the famous drug store Chester A. Baker Pharmacy, Longwood Avenue, Boston.

    Vial Cases Left: Black leather case, cloth lined, containing 7 vials. Each vial is approximately 3 3/8 inches in height, made of glass, with a metal-topped cork stopper. Case, folded, is approximately 7 inches x 3 5/8 inches x 1 inch. Center: Black leather case with two compartments. As opened, the case displays 20 cork-stopped glass vials (each approximately 2 1/2 inches), 3 small glass flasks (containing whiskey and rubbing alcohol), and a compartment holding sponges and gauze. The case measures approximately 9 1/4 inches x 5 3/4 inches x 4 1/2 inches. Right: Wooden case covered with black embossed leather and lined with velvet. Contains 12 glass vials with cork stoppers, each approximately 2 1/2 inches in height. Measures approximately 5 3/4 inches x 3 1/2 inches x 1 inches.
